How heavy can the world be before you collapse?

Are you brave for stating your knees are weak or are you a coward?

I think about these items constantly as I drift about.

We are beings meant to...

Are we meant to drift?

Is that all that experience is?

How heavy does your heart need to be before it's ok for you to dip into sadness?

Are you no longer strong for not being that rock and just being silent and smiling?

I think about my failings frequently.

We are beings meant to...

Are we meant to fail?

Is that all that experience is?

How heavy do your tears have to be before you're not viewed as being selfish?

Are you self centered for wanting love and care in the midst of a storm?

I think about tears frequently.

We are beings meant to...

Are we meant to suffer?

Is that all that experience is?

How heavy does a soul have to get before sadness is embraced just as much as happiness?

Are you no longer capable of not being defunt because your body becomes exhausted from the weight and you're just wanting to release?

I think about these items frequently.

We are beings meant to...

Are we meant to judge?

Is that all that experience is?

How heavy can the world be before you collapse?

Are you brave for stating your knees are weak or are you a coward?

I think about these items constantly as I drift about.

We are beings meant to...

Are we meant to drift?

Is that all that experience is?

Perhaps it may be.

Perhaps it just is.

But perhaps it shouldn't be that dark all the time.

Perhaps the weight that is felt is not just the sadness.

Perhaps the weight is understanding

above

below

within

outside

Perhaps that weight is actually sought so much that every part of being just becomes wilted for a moment and needs a recharge.

Perhaps the quiet answer is that tears just may be the jet pack strapped and ready to go to bring you not only past the sadness... but farther into happiness than you may even know.

Perhaps

Perhaps

Perhaps
